School Is Finished!

Whoo! My summer break from school in both America and Japan starts now! I learned soo much stuff, meet soo many new friends, and soo wanna come back next year! Classes was hard to understand because of kanji but I really enjoyed going to school. When school year starts for me in America, I'm going to have a whole new attitude towards it!

Something I made in calligraphy class. This is my favorite one: "Impossible -Leo" I did this because it is 'impossible' for anybody to recreate this exact thing. No matter who you are or how good you are, it cannot be duplicated. Not even I could do it again. That's something I noticed in calligraphy, we all have our own style and what's written can never be replicated.

Hahaha, my favorite picture from school. Half the class is asleep! All these kids works so hard, stay up so late, and hate Fridays so much :P (This is passing period by the way)

What do I do when I am bored? Doodle! Here is a monster I made, lol. Its name is Eboro, hehe. You can also see I am playing with two different kind of pens and how much ink it shoots out. Also I can't stop myself from writing my name in cursive :P Does anybody else have that habit?

For Japanese class (learning more about Japanese), everybody had to take a really REALLY hard test. But since I am just a transfer student there for only a month, the teacher gave me a 100 question kanji test. Kanji tests are easy as long as I study and passed with a 100%! The teacher also made a deal with the students that if they get a passing score they get to choose a fan she got and handwritten Japanese wisdom. Since I got a 100%, I chose the fan "Practice something a hundred times." I chose that fan because not only is a cool fan to look at from the distance, but I practiced very hard for this kanji test. Yay! :D

Here is the leg-burning poses I mentioned to some of you about. Sound doesn't work for these clips which kind of sucks but I'll definitely show you in person if you come and ask me! :D

Last day of school. They threw a farewell party for me! Bunch of snacks and drinks, never had this done to me in the past. We played Musical Chairs (イスとりゲーム), Anything Basket (なんでもバスケ), and the Name Game. Anybody that was in Japanese class with me at LASA knows what the Name Game is. The one where you tap in a rhythm and call people's name! (And receive a punishment, my hand was so red... :P )

Class picture! :D
